Today I'm taking you with me on a truly amazing experience: the Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal.
This was the Saturday of the event, so it wasn't the main race yet, but I promise you the day was packed with excitement. We saw the F1 Academy, the Formula 1 Sprint, the Formula 2 Sprint, and qualifying for Sunday's race. Basically, we spent the entire day surrounded by engines, fans, and a ton of energy.
Something that really surprised me was the organization. There were tons of people moving around on the subway, entering the circuit, finding their grandstands, eating, taking photos, enjoying themselves… and yet everything flowed incredibly smoothly.
We also explored the Fan Zone, which was fantastic: simulators, car displays, photo opportunities, food, music, and that party atmosphere you only experience when Montreal is filled with Formula 1.
And one of my favorite parts was getting a close-up look at the drivers' and cars' weigh-ins after the race. We saw Hamilton, Leclerc, Max Verstappen, and many others go by. For me, it was incredibly exciting to see that more technical side of things that you don't usually get to see as much on TV.
The Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve has something very special: it's on an island, surrounded by the St. Lawrence River, and that makes the experience even more beautiful.
So join me as we experience this day full of speed, excitement, and a festive atmosphere in Montreal.
And tell me in the comments: who is your favorite Formula 1 driver?
