YouTube analytics agent

Aventuras YouTube Agent is an internal tool for the channel owner. The Google project consent screen may display “n8n YouTube”. The agent requests only youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly, and yt-analytics-monetary.readonly to read metadata, activity statistics, retention, and estimated revenue. It does not publish, edit, or delete channel content. Other authorized workflows may have different permissions; this restriction specifically describes the analytics agent.

Statistics, transcripts, frames, and reports are stored on the computer designated by the owner. Agent tokens are stored in the system keychain and excluded from the code repository. YouTube Reporting jobs generate statistical exports without changing videos.

With the owner’s authorization, a sample of private data—including estimated revenue—transcript excerpts, and up to 12 frames per run may be sent to OpenAI through Codex to produce analysis and editorial proposals. Access tokens are not included. Processing by OpenAI depends on the terms and controls of the account used. This agent does not use these data to train models.

Delivery of summaries and reports through Telegram is optional. It requires a bot and confirmation of a code in the recipient’s private chat. Telegram receives the content sent to that chat; it is not published on this website or shared with recipients chosen by a model.

Metrics and metadata are updated during runs. Local backups are limited to the latest eight copies. The owner can stop the agent, revoke the connection from their Google account, and request deletion of data, media, derived reports, and backups using the contact at the end of this policy. Revocation alone does not delete local files.

Site identity

Information that may be collected

• Information voluntarily submitted through forms, subscriptions, or direct communications.
• Basic technical data, such as browser, device, pages visited, date, time, and IP address, when processed by hosting or analytics services.
• Minimal information obtained through OAuth integrations authorized by the owner of the connected accounts.

Pinterest integration

An internal application may request permissions to view basic account information, view boards, create or manage Pins and boards, and publish content previously prepared and approved by the account owner.

This integration is used to automate publication of owned content. Content is not published without authorization, data obtained through Pinterest is not sold, and Pinterest data is not used to create third-party advertising profiles. Access can be revoked from Pinterest settings.

Other integrations

The site and internal workflows may use authorized integrations with platforms such as Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, email services, and automation tools, always within the permissions granted by the connected accounts.

Automation and storage

Certain tasks may be processed through n8n, Cloudflare, cloud storage services, and official APIs from external platforms. Reasonable measures are applied to limit access and protect credentials and technical data.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use necessary cookies for operation and analytics tools to understand general site usage. The current site code includes Google Analytics through tag G-K83WRNM7NL.

Use of information

Retention

Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. Information may only be shared with providers necessary to operate the service, when required by law, or with consent.

Security

Reasonable measures are applied to protect credentials, technical data, and personal information. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we aim to limit unnecessary access and reduce reasonably foreseeable risks.

User rights

Individuals may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or information about the processing of their data. Because the project operates from Quebec, Canada, these requests will be handled in a general manner compatible with applicable Canadian and Quebec privacy rules. This policy is not legal advice.

Minors

The site is oriented toward family content, but it does not intentionally seek to collect personal information from minors without authorization from their parents or guardians.
